Business loans with the state portfolio guarantee
Now it’s easier to obtain financing, even when you lack collateral.
ILTE funding program “Portfolio guarantees 3” (PG3) means that the state guarantees not a single loan, but the entire SAVY loan portfolio. Each loan included in the portfolio may be covered up to 80% of the possible loss at the portfolio level. This provides businesses with more opportunities to obtain financing without real estate collateral and without personal guarantees, as well as more flexible loan terms and faster decisions.
Key terms:
- Loan amount: €10,000 – €100,000
- Loan purpose: working capital, investments, equipment, business expansion (not refinancing)
- The company must be a micro or small to medium-sized enterprise (SME)
The state guarantee is not a guarantee for a specific business. It reduces, but does not eliminate, risk – the borrower remains fully responsible for the fulfillment of obligations.
"Raspberry" crowdfunded loans
The ILTE “Raspberry” financing program offers small and medium-sized businesses an additional opportunity to borrow funds more quickly.
- “Raspberry” can contribute up to 40% when investing in loans, but not exceeding 50,000 €.
- Designed for companies that have been operating for at least 1 year.
- The loan can be used to finance investments or working capital.
- Maximum loan term: up to 60 months for investment financing, and up to 36 months for working capital.
- The loan must be utilized within 12 months from the date of signing the loan agreement.

Currently, there are no active ILTE (formerly INVEGA) programs for interest compensation. Follow our news updates. Once a new interest compensation program becomes available, we will update the information so you can take advantage of the financial benefits and support your business growth.
Interest compensation is a form of government aid, where part of the interest on business loans is covered, reducing overall financing costs. This allows companies to borrow more affordably for investments, working capital, or other needs necessary for business expansion.
