I agree that my personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, and I confirm that I have read and agree to the terms and conditions provided below, i.e.:
1. I agree that UAB Bendras finansavimas, legal entity code 303259527, address of registered office: Latvių g. 36A, Vilnius, uses my personal data (name, surname, phone number, e-mail address) for direct marketing purposes, i.e., contact me by post, phone, email and other means with the purpose:
- to provide me with information and promotional material about services provided by UAB Bendras finansavimas, news;
- to provide information about the ongoing events or actions of UAB Bendras finansavimas;
- to find out my opinion about the quality of services provided by UAB Bendras finansavimas;
- to contact for clarification of information and/or other necessary issues.
2. 5. I am informed and understand that:
- I can access my personal data and know how they are handled;
- I can know (be informed) about the processing of my personal data;
- I can request correction of inaccurate and incomplete my personal data;
- I can disagree with the processing of my personal data, including the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling;
- I can request UAB Bendras finansavimas to destroy my personal data provided by me or suspend the processing of such data;
- In case my rights are violated, I can contact UAB Bendras finansavimas by mail labas@savy.lt and submit a complaint/request, etc.;

7. I am informed and understand that the personal data of the Recipients of the Loans are stored during the business relationship and for 6 (six) years after the end of the business relationship, unless the person wishes to extend this term. If the business relationship is not initiated with the person who submitted the application, then the data are stored for 6 (six) years from the day of receipt of the consent, unless the person wishes to extend the term. In the case of investors, the data are stored during the business relationship and for 6 (six) years after the end of the business relationship, except in cases where the person wishes to extend this period. In case I object to the processing of my personal data for the above purposes and/or withdraw the consent, UAB Bendras finansavimas will terminate the processing of my personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, from the day of receipt of my disagreement by UAB Bendras finansavimas. However, upon withdrawal of consent, UAB Bendras finansavimas will store the data on the consent for 10 (ten) years from the end of the term of processing the data specified in the consent or withdrawal of consent for the establishment, exercise or defence of the legal claims of UAB Bendras finansavimas.
