Investing in loans

The first 6 months of investing are free. After that, an Investor service fee of €1/month applies for portfolios valued at €0.01 or more.

The secondary market fee is applied to the loan seller but is deducted from the buyer upon purchasing the claim rights to a valid loan agreement, i.e., until the loan agreement is terminated

Consumer loans for individuals up to €35,000

Administration fee

Early loan repayment

0.5% – 1.0% compensation on the portion of the consumer loan repaid before the agreed term (calculation rules detailed in Articles 17(2) and 17(3) of the Consumer Credit Law)

Consumer loan offers are personalized and depend on the client’s financial situation and credit history. Typical example for consumer loan pricing. Borrowing €5,000 with a 60-month term at a fixed annual interest rate of 6%, an administration fee of 1.40%, and a monthly administration fee of 0.22% of the outstanding loan balance, results in an APR (Annual Percentage Rate) of 9.64%. The monthly installment would be €102.92, the disbursed loan amount €5,000, and the total repayable amount €6,245.22.

Mortgage loan offers are personalized and depend on the client’s financial situation and credit history. Typical example for mortgage loan pricing. Borrowing €25,000 with a 72-month term at a fixed annual interest rate of 6%, an administration fee of 0.00%, and a monthly administration fee of 0.10% of the outstanding loan balance, results in an APR (Annual Percentage Rate) of 8.39%. The monthly installment would be €439.32, the disbursed loan amount €25,000, and the total repayable amount €31,631.20.
